Our client, is the world’s top faming systems company with more than 300, 000 machines in 600 gaming locations worldwide. They are now hiring a Slot Technician to join their Macau team.
Job Responsibilities
- Check and ensures that equipments needed are kept in good condition
- Report to the related department on time
- Troubleshoots problem down to the component level using internal diagnostic test, options, and functional testing with coins
- Provide on-site repair and preventative maintenance work
- Replace faulty components when authorized by the customer
- Verifies property specifications to game options and parameters can be set accordingly
- Reviews customers issues with management and tech support
Job Requirements
- Macau ID Holder
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic devices
- With essential mechanical assembly skills
- General knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
- Ability to read and understand schematics and service manuals
- Customer service oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Communicational in English will be an advantage
