Responsibilities:

·         To sell and promote our products and services in the local market.

·         To build and develop an excellent relationship with prospective and current valued clients.

·         Accurately record all contact activities into the contact management database.

·         Proactively make outbound calls to the current customer base and to ensure these customers are satisfied with the services of our company.

·         Any other ad-hoc as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Form 5 or above education.

·         Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales related.

·         Strong persuasive ability and tenacity.

·         Self-motivated, confident and enjoy frequent phone contact with customers.

·         Knowledge of the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

·         Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin would be an advantage.

·         Immediate available is preferred.
