Job Descriptions:
· Assists in planning, designing and coordinating of marketing programs, special promotional events, publicity efforts and advertising campaigns;
· Prepare and organize advertising materials like poster, press release, leaflet & newsletter;
· Contributing to long term marketing plans and strategies;
· Monitoring competitor activity and market trends;
· Handle all aspects of regional marketing and business development;
· Responsible for budget control of all marketing related activities;
· Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and media investment;
· Ensure content in the website is updated and relevant;
· Perform ad hoc projects related to marketing;
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
· Working experience with property industry or customer service field is an advantage;
· Good communication & interpersonal skills in dealing with people;
· Strong sense of responsibility, well organize, presentable and able to handle multitask and work independently;
· Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded;
· Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to handle correspondences independently;
· Common in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage;
· Immediate availability is highly preferred;
