Responsibilities:

·         Provide support, troubleshooting and solutions to the problems on systems, network, software and hardware. 

·         Set up IT equipment and installation of software.

·         Perform daily operation, system monitor, system health check.

·         To take on any ad hoc IT-related duties and projects assigned by IT Team.

·         Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

·         Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.

·         Relevant experience with solid experience in technical support role and system administration.

·         Experience in MS Windows 2003 server or above and Certificate holder in MCSE/MCITP is preferred

·         Basic Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, system backup solution, firewall and VPN .

·         Positive attitude and able to work under pressure.

·         Responsible, outgoing personality and able to handle multitask and work independently.

·         Good communication and technical skills.

·         Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

·         Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Other:

·         Working hour: 6pm-2am (Total 8 hours)
·         Transportations allowance is offered.
