Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources & Office Administration functions
·         Administration support such as maintaining facilities and office equipment, office supplies and insurance administration; 
·         Assist to develop documentation, including memo, working instructions, policies and procedures
·         Communicate and work with different departments to perform the HR duties 
·         Handle daily office administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
 
 
 
Requirements:
·         Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration 
·         Minimum 3 years experience in relevant duties 
·         Prefer candidate with experience working with an expatriate environment 
·         Good team work, take initiative with committed working attitude 
·         Able to communicate effectively with different levels of staff
·         Result driven and willing to undergo tedious procedure 
·         Sharp, independent, able to work under pressure, well organized and with multi-tasking skills 
·         Display good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
·         High literacy in PC and proficient in MS application 
·         Immediately available is highly preferable
