Responsibilities:

·         Provide helpdesk support on utilization of regional ERP system

·         Coordinate with technical team on system operation, maintenance and troubleshooting

·         Perform functional test and system integration test on new system version releases

·         Provide user training all parts of the ERP and the peripheral systems

·         Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor

Requirements:

·         High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

·         At least 1 year in IT profession in system development and support

·         Experience with Accpac accounting software

·         Good knowledge on MRP/ ERP programming, MS SQL and financial accounting concepts

·         Possess good analytical and problem solving skills

·         Responsible, outgoing personality and able to handle multitask and work independently

·         Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work under pressure.

·         Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

·         Immediate availability is highly preferred.
