    (1)Website users wishing to apply for job vacancies through the Website and Website users wishing to post certain recruitment related information on the Website, including without limitation information relating to job vacancies ("Registered Companies"), are required to register and create an account with us (“Account”). 
    (2)To create an Account you must provide truthful, accurate and complete information about yourself and you agree that you will keep this information up to date.
    (3)Registered Companies are required to pay subscription fees, and any other relevant charges, as posted on the Website.
    (4)The Company reserves the right to adjust the subscription fees and charges (if any) from time to time by posting such adjustments on the Website.
    (5)Registered Companies may, upon registration with us, and payment of the relevant subscription fee, and any other relevant charges, post recruitment information on the Website in the form of job vacancies and may create their own profile page on the Website, which may be displayed for a pre-determined period, depending on the level of subscription fees paid.  
    (6)The Company reserves the right to edit information contained in a Registered Company's profile page on the Website where it considers it reasonably necessary, at its sole discretion.  
    (7)The Company also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Registered Company's Account, in the event of a Registered Company's refusal to pay for any adjustments to fees or charges made by the Company in accordance with clause 2(4).
    (8)The Company may refuse to register your Account for any reason and may cancel your Account if required by law.
    (9)You must keep your Account log-in and password confidential and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account.  The Company is not responsible for any activity that occurs in your Account.

3.Restrictions on Use
    (1)You must use the Website in a responsible manner. Particularly, you must not:  
        (a)use the Website in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or contrary to any relevant standards or codes, violates any right of the Company, an associated entity or a third party, or which is prohibited by the Terms of Use; 
        (b)submit or post false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate information to the Website knowing or having reason to believe that such information is false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate, including without limitation, submitting or posting information to impersonate another person or entity;

        (f)use the Website to post, transmit, or upload any advertising material, website links or links of any kind, save for any such posting, transmitting or uploading of advertising material, website links or other links by a Registered Company to its profile page on the Website; 
        (g)use the Website to send unsolicited commercial messages for purposes other than job seeking or recruitment purposes directly related to the Website; 
        (h)post, transmit, or upload any content that contains links to any website directly competitive with the Company, other than Registered Companies' own websites;
        (i)in any way tamper, hinder or modify the content, software, code, data, art, design, layout, text, images, photographs, graphics, names, logos and trade marks comprised in the Website and the selection, organisation, presentation and layout of the Website ("Website Content"), in whole or in part; 
        (j)knowingly transmit any viruses or other disabling features to the Website or via the Website; or
        (k)attempt any of the above acts or facilitate or assist another person to do any of the above acts.
    (2)Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Registered Companies further agree that any use of personal information arising out of or in connection with the Website shall be in accordance with the Company's treatment of personal information as set out in clause 5.

    (1)The Website Content is owned or licensed by the Company and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.

    (5)These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”).  You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of HKSAR for determining any dispute concerning these Terms of Use.

12.Termination
These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect until terminated by the Company and the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate these Terms of Use and/or your Account at any time (by notifying you of such termination in writing through the Website or otherwise), for any reason, including without limitation, by reason of your breach of any of these Terms of Use.  In the event of termination, all restrictions and obligations imposed on you by these Terms of Use and/or the disclaimers and limitations of liability by the Company as set out in the Terms of Use will survive and the Company shall have no obligation whatsoever to refund subscriptions fees, in whole or in part, paid to the Company by Registered Companies.
