職位要求: |
Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle incoming phone calls, telephone enquires and channel to the right personnel or department;
- Greet and receives visitors/clients as per client’s policy and procedures;
- Maintain conference room booking system;
- Housekeeping of conference room, tidy up after use as required;
- Ensure the public image of the reception foyer, lift lobby, meeting rooms are in impeccable condition at all times;
- Order office supplies and handle cost allocations of invoices;
- Handle all incoming and outgoing courier packages and maintain stock supplies;
- Handle franking of daily outgoing mails and monitor ostal value;
- Distribute newspaper, incoming fax, letters, etc.;
- Keep voicemail/ desktop phone set update such as change display, telephone setting as required;
- Coordinate and monitor office maintenance;
- Manage the tea lady services by outsource vendor.
Requirements: - Tertiary Education, Possess with certificate, diploma, etc in Administration / Secretarial or hospitality will be desirable;
- At least 2-3 years related working experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a bonus;
- Proficient in PC applications including MS office and Chinese word processing;
- Cheerful, teamwork, customer oriented and punctual.
