Job Description:

• Daily monitoring of the customer service department situation and report.
• Resolve matter / discrepancies / follow up with China marketing department / customer enquiries.
• Assist in the exhibitions in HK and overseas if required.
• Coordination with shipping and accounts department.
• Overall communications between HK and China marketing department .

Requirement:

• F.5 or above with 3- 4 years full time working experience in Customer Service/Sales Co-ordination
• Work experience in the field of Jewellery/Watch is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
• Immediately available is preferred
