• At least 6-8 years’ communications experience in public relations and/or journalism. Previous experience in a PR agency will add a strong advantage
• With 3-5 years at senior level, preferably in a leading international company
• Ability to provide high level counsel to clients about communications in different aspects including strategy, thought leadership building, media relations as well as issues and crisis management
• Able to lead, plan and handle projects independently
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials.
• Highly creative, mature, well organized with analytical ability
• Demonstrated track record in attracting new business and expanding current accounts
• Experience in managing and motivating a team of consultants, as well as contributing to overall company development as a member of the management team
• Candidate with Short Notice or Immediate available will be an advantage
