Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level support on desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment
• Perform regular system monitoring and data backup
• Troubleshoot PC LAN and workstations
• Responsible for installation of PCs, software installation/updates, and other internal systems
• Support and particulate infrastructure related projects

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information System, or related discipline
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, 10 , Microsoft Office 2013, TCP/IP Network, Database and Active Directory
• Strong analytical, problem solving skill
• Positive attitude, self-motivated  and good customer service skill
• Able to work with multi-tasks and under pressure with tight work schedule
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• 1 year working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
