Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for residential properties
• Conduct researches on local property market
• Administration works on sales materials and after sales services
• Liaise with various parties for sales activities
• Communicate and conduct briefing to property agencies

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
• 4 - 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing of residential properties in Hong Kong. Relevant experience in property developers/agencies is an advantage
• Strong selling & presentation skills and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoints and Chinese word processing
• Occasional travel to China is required.
