Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Chief Financial Officer
  
• Supervise the finance teams in Hong Kong and China for subsidiary companies. 
• Leading the finance and accounting activities various corporate actions
• Performing business planning, financial modeling and due diligence, financial budgeting and cash flow projection and commentary analysis or other ad hoc assignment
• Liaising with external professional parties such as government bodies, bankers, lawyers and consultants
• Providing strategic support and business expansion for corporate development.
• Occasional travel to China and Asia countries is required

Requirements: 

• Master degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional qualification  HKICPA / ACCA  or equivalent is a MUST
  
• Currently holding senior finance position, preferably in listed companies of construction, building services or property development sectors.
• Solid experience in liaising with regulators, bankers and consultants.
• Familiar with Companies Ordinance and the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Accounting Standards, legal and compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent written in Simplified Chinese and English
