Responsibilities:

• To provide installation, maintenance and field support services on inter-networking system for NGO customers.
• To assist in daily network operation, regular maintenance and system administration task.
• To setup system or resolve issues remotely or over the telephone.
• To work with customers, project managers, vendors and suppliers closely to ensure assigned IT Projects can be delivered up to quality and can meet time schedule.
• To compile technical proposals and project documentation.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Network Infrastructure, IT or related disciplines.
• At least 2-year experience in providing network implementation, operation and/or IT support service.
• Hands-on experience in Router and Switch technologies.
• Knowledge in UNIX, Linux, Windows and Active Directory.
• Experience in MS Exchange, Oracle and Flex Accounting System is an advantage.
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP/MCITP is preferred.
• Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
