Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior Management team
• Responsible for growing existing client relationships, implementing one or more client projects through the leadership of project teams
• Prepare programme schedule, presentation and finishing boards for client's presentation and meeting
• Handle full set of design and coordinate documentation required for tendering and construction issues
• Liaise with internal and external multi-discipline consultants/ sub-consultants and ensure all information are aligned between contractors and the design team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related disciplines with min. 8 – 10 years of creative leadership and project management experience in global interior practice with extensive knowledge of interior principles/ design in Hong Kong and China is preferred
• Exceptional design ability and proven track record in developing long-term client relationships with strong leadership skills and technical knowledge
• High proficiency computer software skills in AutoCAD/ Revit and Adobe CS
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to travel upon request
