Job Duties:
Ø to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department
Ø Maintain service standard and achieve maximum guest satisfaction
Ø Handle guest enquiries and emergency cases
Requirements:
Ø Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Ø Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Ø Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Excellent command of English and Chinese
