                          | Responsibilities: 
Assist Manager to lead and supervise a team of Handover Ambassadors to arrange handover services for all new development projectsConduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning worksPrepare handover documents and materialsDeliver quality handover and customer services for all new development projectsHandle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actionsCoordinate with project team to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely mannerAssist in preparing handover or defect records and reportsPerform ad hoc tasks assigned Requirements: 
Diploma or above in Real Estate, Building Services, Customer Services or related disciplinesMinimum 2 years' building management or customer services experience with 1 years in supervisory levelProven experience in takeover of new development is an advantageGood command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinPresentable, Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented and good communication skillsCapable of working under pressureShift duty is requiredImmediate available is preferred |
