Office and center purchasing (only stationery / sundries)Manage center name badge and invoice printingHandle bill checking and monitor payment deadlineFront desk management including courier / greeting guests / phone call pick up etcHandle credit card statement report and uniform cleaning report (one time per month)Center inventory stock take (one time per month)Center materials checking (work with Ops Admin)Update floor plan and contact list Requirements 
Form 5 / DSE or above1 year of work experience in administrationGood command of written & spoken EnglishProficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word processingHard working with strong sense of responsibilityA good team player, good interpersonal and communication skillsAttentive to the details, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressureAble to work 3-4 half day / week |
