Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handing e-commerce daily operations, including but not limited to listing product, launch promotion & marketing campaign, update and prepare content according to client requested
• Handling daily report, inventory planning & logistics arrangement with different internal and external parties
• Communicate with brand representative to understand their requirements and needs for online store platform setup and upgrade
• Cooperate with e-commerce platform key account manager to get involved to different projects setup and customize operations arrangement according to brand need
• Assist to team manager to analyze data traffic, market data and marketing campaigns to optimize customer experience and propose creative ideas for new projects
• Work with IT team for managing platform troubleshooting in Front-End and Back-End
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Non-degree Tertiary or above in Ecommerce, Marketing or related disciplines
• 1-year experience in e-commerce or cosmetic industry would be an advantage
• Strong market sense and interest, knowledge in cosmetic products is an advantage
• Experienced in e-commerce platform & Photoshop is highly preferred
• Organized, detail-minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skill
• Strong team player, can work under pressure and with ability to multi-tasking
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, especially in excel
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Immediately available is highly preferred
