職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in sales administration and all matters related to suites and catering sales areas
- Answer guest enquiries regarding general sales issues
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Issue License Agreement, confirmation and quotation for sales team
- Issues Event Orders and communicate with concerned departments
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer proficiency
- Experience in hotel / Clubhouse with knowledge of Opera system is preferable
