DNA Recruit Partners 正與一家香港上市零售地產公司合作，招聘一位駐場技術員(住宅樓宇保養)，您將負責確保所管理的樓宇維持在最佳狀態，提供居民安心舒適的居住環境。您將協調並執行各項保養工作，確保樓宇的設施和設備運作良好。

工作職責包括：
- 定期巡視各區樓宇，檢查設施和設備的運作狀況。
- 執行日常保養和維修工作，包括水電設施、空調系統、電梯等。
- 處理緊急維修事故，確保居民的安全和便利。
- 與管理團隊和居民保持緊密聯繫，收集反饋並解決問題。
- 維護保養記錄和文件，確保所有工作都得到適切的記錄。
- 資格要求：
- 應徵者需具備電工牌(A / B / R)及相關的技術學歷專業證書。
- 具備樓宇保養和維修相關工作經驗，熟悉常見的樓宇設施。 熟悉電器、水電、空調系統等基本維修技能。
- 積極主動，能夠應對各種緊急情況。
- 具備良好的解決問題和分析能力。
- 具備良好的客戶服務態度，能夠與居民建立良好的關係。
