Human Resources Department
Responsibilities
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations
- Manage and execute the assigned HR operations
- Prepare HR statistics and management reports
- Participate in various HR projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in operations with strong exposure in C&B functions
- Well versed in Hong Kong employment and other related ordinances
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Exposure in sizeable organizations is preferable
