Our client, a company that manages the Japanese food restaurants, is now looking for F&B Manager to join them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation of the Japanese take-away casual food restaurant
• Reporting to General Manager in English or Japanese
• Managing the cashier, manpower control, recruitment and staff training
• Responsible for food purchase and store room management
• Translating the menu and operation procedure from English into Chinese

Job Requirements:

• Macau ID holder 
• High school graduated or above
• Experienced in restaurant at least one year
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate but with degree and interest to this position is welcome
• Communication level of Japanese is preferable
