Our client, a company that provides enterprise applications for the hospitality and retail industries in more than 130 countries worldwide, is now looking for IT Specialist to join their Macau team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation and support of the POS (Point-of-Sale) System
• Management Product Suite in Macau
• Assist in product testing and documentation for new product releases
• Provide on-site customer assistance during new site opening
• Install and configure the product suite.
• Provide pre sales support to the local sales team
• Work with the global support system
• Support on client issues or requests for enhancements
• Participate in quality assurance of new product and/or version release software when required
• Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method.
• Work with the customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a Technical field
• Working knowledge of Networks, PC’s and troubleshooting installation issues.
• Well knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to travel on the job
• Spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Previous experience with MICROS or alternative POS systems will be an advantage
• Previous experience working with an automated support management and tracking tool in a support center environment will be an advantage
• Previous experience in supporting Hospitality Software Products will be an advantage
