Our client, is the world’s top faming systems company with more than 300, 000 machines in 600 gaming locations worldwide. They are now hiring a Slot Technician to join their Macau team.

Job Responsibilities

• Check and ensures that equipments needed are kept in good condition
• Report to the related department on time
• Troubleshoots problem down to the component level using internal diagnostic test, options, and functional testing with coins
• Provide on-site repair and preventative maintenance work
• Replace faulty components when authorized by the customer
• Verifies property specifications to game options and parameters can be set accordingly
• Reviews customers issues with management and tech support

Job Requirements

• Macau ID Holder
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic devices
• With essential mechanical assembly skills
• General knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
• Ability to read and understand schematics and service manuals
• Customer service oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Communicational in English will be an advantage
