Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Responsible for reception duties, customer enquiries handling and visitors greeting
- Assist Centre Manager in learning centre daily operation, including resources planning, class schedule arrangement as well as necessary administrative support to ensure smooth operation
- Manage student’s portfolio and follow up various feedback from students or parents to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
- On Duty in Wanchai / Yau Ma Tei Centre
Requirements: - Form 6 or above, preferably in Education, Administration, Customer Service or related discipline
- 1-2 year related experience is an advantage, university fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Must work on Saturdays and / or Sundays
- Working hours: Tuesday to Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm;
Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Sunday & Monday & Public Holiday: Day-Off
