Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities - Direct lead and supervise Administration department, Property Management, Leasing issues, also assist in ad hoc projects or other functions as assigned as well as to support the Company’s business goals
- Provide full range of administrative support services direction and guidance to different business units of group, include but not limit to, office management, facilities management, safe and security, insurance, and administrative communication
- Supervise renovation projects, review and negotiate various contracts and agreements
- Handle decision making matters and report to Top Management
- Able to handle English & Chinese correspondence independently, including preparation and presentation of drafts, recaps and reports, good in drafting and negotiating contract/agreement
- Able to prepare documents such as maintenance schedule, proposal and analysis in the field of Building/Property Management
- Organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes taking in both Chinese and English
- Review monthly financial reports and business performance
