| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Consolidations, financial reporting, management analysis, budget and forecast
- Preparation of the interim and annual audits as well as results announcement
- Control accounting operation to ensure compliance standard is met
- Liaise with auditors to participate in annual audit process
Requirements: - Bachelor degree in finance and accounting
- HKCPA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
- At least 6 years of audit experience, with Big 4 training is highly preferred
- Familiar with Listing Rules, other statutory rule, laws and regulations
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
