| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities :
- Perform general accounting duties including prepare voucher, data entry, bank reconciliation, AP, AR & cash flow. etc.
- Liaise with overseas subsidiaries on accounts-related matters
- Assist the Accounting manager to handle month-end reporting and consolidated accounts
- To follow up on sales & purchase orders, shipment booking & scheduling
- Co-ordinate with all teams to ensure smooth on-time delivery & shipment
- To handle full set of I/E shipping document, arrange samples, parcels delivery by courier & forwarder
- Banking task : Open new account, deposit, withdrawal, transaction, investment, L/C & D/P
- To prepare exhibition, trade fair application, SME claim refund & flight, hotel, visa booking
Requirements :
- LCCI inter level or with 2 - 5 years of relevant experiences
- Knowledge in Netsuite Accounting System has added advantage
- Hands-on experience in handling full set of shipping documents
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software
- Hardworking, willing to learn, self-motive, good sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English & Mandarin, good communication skills in written English & Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
