- 確保食品品質及衛生質素符合公司制訂的標準
入職要求 - 中五或以上程度，曾接受職業先修或相關專業甜品烘焙廚藝訓練
- 2年或以上有關工作經驗，具酒店工作經驗者優先考慮
- 良好粵語，一般英語，懂讀寫中文及英文
