工作職責 : - 處理客戶查詢
- 提供客戶服務 如:電話, 在線聊天系統等
- 與現有客戶保持良好客戶關係，了解客戶需求以將服務提升
- 與公司各部門進行協調，確保能迅速及適度地處理客戶的問題
工作時間: - 5天工作, 每天工作 7-8 小時，需輪班 (08:00-16:00 / 15:30-22:30)
- 另設通宵班職位 (22:30-07:30)
入職要求: - 中五程度以上
- 流利廣東話、普通話及新移民優先
- 曾於金融行業工作 / 有客戶服務 /銷售經驗者優先
- 熟悉基本電腦操作，懂中文打字 50 字(每分鐘)，懂打簡體字優先
- 有上進心，積極主動及良好的溝通能力，服從公司管理制度
- 勤奮、成熟、細心、有責任感
- 有團隊合作精神，能同時處理多樣工作，主動及能獨立工作
