Position Requirement: |
職責: - 負責日常收銀,帳務及行政管理
- 負責賬款核對及確保每日銷售金額結算準確
- 核對備存現金記錄以確保現金儲備充足
- 確保同事紀律並遵守現金處理和店鋪守則及程序
- 協助店舖經理處理一切行政工作,如訂購所需物資,輸入更表,核對出勤記錄及假期記錄等
- 協助店舖經理通知,培訓和更新員工有關現金處理, 顧客服務和店鋪例行工作的守則及程序
- 確保店舖清潔及整齊
入職要求: - 至少3-5 年或以上相關收銀及行政管理, 如百貨公司及超市經驗更佳
- 中五或以上 / 擁有香港特别行政區合法工作資格人士申請
- 熟悉電腦系統和 MS Office (Word and Excel)
- 熟悉POS收銀系統,信用咭及現金收銀工作程序
- 有責任心, 對數字不敏感, 細心, 團隊合作精神
- 具備良好組織能力,人際關係及溝通技巧
- 態度主動積極,獨立,成熟, 處事謹慎工作態度
- 良好粵語、一般英語及普通話
- 需輪休
