職責: - 負責處理海鮮, 切刺身, 製作壽司及刺身
- 監控及和確保壽司及刺身新鮮和高水準的質素
- 協助顧客選取, 包裝食材及張貼食品標籤
- 確保工作間的清潔和衛生並符合公司所制訂的標準
- 保持高水準的食品和衛生標準
- 其他由部門經理或主管安排之工作
入職要求: - 熟悉製作及處理壽司及刺身
- 小六程度或以上 / 擁有香港特别行政區合法工作資格人士申請
- 有責任心, 有團隊合作精神
- 積極主動，良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
- 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話
- 需輪休
