主要職責:
- 處理學校日常行政及文書工作、負責跟進學生事務:
- 包括解答課程查詢、介紹課程及處理報名手續，協助導師準備教材等。
- 負責督導及統籌校內各種事務工作，如財務、人事管理及資源管理等。
- 協助學校宣傳工作及對外聯絡工作。
全職工作時間：
- 星期一至五:下午一時至晚上十時三十分
- 星期六: 上午十時至下午六時
- 每週工作5-6天
兼職工作時間：
- 星期一至五:下午一時至五時 或 晚上六時至十時
- 星期六: 上午十時至下午六時
- 每週工作3-4天
申請資格
申請人須具備:
- (1) 中學畢業或以上學歷，須有一年或以上相關工作經驗 ;應徵高級行政主任須有五年或以上相關工作經驗;
- (2) 做事要細心、有責任感、有良好的溝通及協調能力
- (3) 熟識中英文打字及電腦操作(MS Office) ;
- (4) 能即時上班予以優先考慮
