職責 : 負責分店各方面之日常運作管理,包括顧客服務、銷售程序、人才培訓、分店環境管理等,執行公司政策及銷售計劃;帶領團隊達到公司所訂立之客戶服務及銷售目標
資歷 : 專上教育:文憑/證書; 3年經驗; 一般粵語優先; 一般普通話優先; 良好英語優先; 略懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 具有基本電腦操作知識; 具組織及領導技巧;專業客戶服務技巧, detail minded at work, 工作積極
待遇 : 每月$17,000 - $20,000, 有雙糧, 年假14天, 佣金, 在職培訓, 晉升機會, 交通津貼 及年終獎金, 下午2時半至下午11時半, 每週工作5天至6天,輪休, 每天工作 8 - 9 小時 |
