Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman in all business and personal matters
- Responsible for organizing meetings and appointments
- Prepare presentations materials
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Assist in various projects and other duties as assigned
- Business travel is required
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experiences
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese in spoken and written
- Detailed-minded, flexible and sincere personality
- Mature, strong in organization and effective time management skills
- Immediate available is preferred
