Job duties

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide high quality after-sales service to hospitals, private clinics and optical shops in Hong Kong and Macau
• Handle technical inquiries, provide instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair service
• Provide operation training to customers
• Handle service quotation and contracts
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

We are looking for:

• F.5 or above, with relevant qualifications (Diploma / Certificate) in Electronic / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Ophthalmic healthcare or other related discipline
• Bachelor degree in related discipline is preferred
• 1 year experience in related field is preferred
• Proactive Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Attentive to details, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work individually
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Basic knowledge in optical systems or Ophthalmology products is a plus, but not a must
• Familiar with PC, server, and network settings is preferred
• Experienced candidates in technical support will be considered as Sales Engineer

• 中五或以上，擁有電子/電氣/計算機工程/眼科保健或其他相關學科的相關資格（文憑/證書）
• 相關學科學士學位優先
• 歡迎積極主動的應屆畢業生
• 1年相關工作經驗者優先
• 注重細節，有較強的解決問題和談判能力
• 出色的溝通能力和人際交往能力
• 能夠獨立工作
• 良好的中英文書面和口語能力
• 具有光學系統或眼科產品的基本認識者優先，但不是必須
• 熟悉電腦、伺服器和網絡設置者優先
• 具多年相關工作經驗者將獲考慮為銷售工程師
