職責 : 負責店舖日常運作, 包括接聽客戶服務熱線, 產品陳列上架, 管理倉存, 收貨理貨, 收銀, 清潔等工作, 銷售及推廣高級寵物食品及用品, 處理及跟進解答客戶查詢, 為顧客提供專業適切的產品資料及飼養寵物建議, 建立並維持良好的客戶關係
資歷 : 中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文
待遇 : 每月$12,000 - $15,000, 有銀行假期, 員工購物優惠, 在職培訓, 婚假, 晉升機會 及年終獎金, 上午11時半至下午8時半, 每週工作5天至6天,輪休, 每天工作 9 小時 |
