職責 : 負責一般文員工作, 包括文件存檔, 資料輸入, 複印等, 處理辦公室雜務及外勤事務, 包括文件送遞, 銀行入帳等, 接聽電話, 處理傳真及郵件
資歷 : 中五程度; 2年經驗; 一般粵語; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂MS Excel; 懂英文打字; 懂中英文電腦操作; 懂中文打字; 居住柴灣或港島東區附近優先
待遇 : 每月$12,500 - $16,000, 有年假12天 及銀行假期, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午5時50分及星期六: 上午9時至下午1時, 每週工作5天至5天半【長短週(隔個禮拜的週六才上班,週六上班:由上午9時至下午1時)】 |
