The Job:

l   Develop an effective sourcing and screening strategies, and to manage the end-to-end recruitment process

l   Provide consultation services and professional advice to clients and candidates, and to assess their recruitment needs

l   Identify, evaluate and match quality talents to suitable job, by conducting phone screen and competence-based interview

l   Maintain long-term, entrusted partner relationship with our existing clients and candidates, and offer caring services and appropriate solutions

The Person:

l   Tertiary educated in any discipline (preferably in Business - Human Resources / Marketing, Computing, Psychology, Social Work, etc.)

l   At least 2 years full-time working experience with proven track record

l   Fluency in Cantonese, English and proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage

l   Good business acumen, self-motivated, resourceful, confident, and with great initiative & desire to success

l   Excellent communicator, good team player and with great inter-personal, customer service and organization skills

l   Prior HR and/or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. Full structured training will be provided
