To cope with their rapid expansion in the Asia Pacific region, they are now seeking energetic, self-motivated and customer oriented individual to join their retail team in Hong Kong.  

The ideal calibre for this position will be representing the brand at store level. He/she is expected to provide high quality customer service with the objective of developing loyal clientele and attaining sales targets of the store.   He/she should have 1-2 years of retail experience in the fashion industry with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and high quality customer service to customers
• Develop and maintain relationship with VIPs
• Assist in shop window display maintenance and repair arrangement
• Assist in achieving sales target
• Maintain the tidiness and visual requirements of the floor

Job Requirements

·         F.5 or above

·         Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably from branded or luxury apparel/fashion, watches/jewellery and accessories

·         Candidates with Hospitality/Customer Service background are welcome to apply

·         Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin

·         Presentable and self motivated 

·         Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Sales Associate
