Responsibility:

- Lead store teams to achieve sales objectives & standards

- Supervise and motivate staff to provide good customer service

- Monitor performance and provide on-the-job training for store staff 

- Manage inventory in optimum level and stockroom tidiness

- Responsible for visual merchandising to maintain store image and to maximize sales exposure

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in business or related subject

- At least 5 years' store experience in fashion retailing which 3 years at managerial level

- Independent, good communication and analytic skills

- Strategic thinking and self-motivated

- Well organized, able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment

- Proficient PC skills in MS Office

- Good command of English & Mandarin

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Supervisors
