RESPONSIBILITIES:

-              Provide end-user support, maintenance & PC configuration on Microsoft & Unix platform

-              System setup & configuration (Anti-virus, email, etc)

-              Computer operations administration includes policy update, software license, invoices

-              Coordinate and liaise with vendor services and end-users requirements

-              Draft, coordinate and liaise on projects requirements and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:

-              Diploma in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent with 1 year’s working experience in end user support, network & server administration

-              Hands-on experience on Windows 2008, Office & network infrastructure

-              High integrity, energetic and able to work well under pressure

-              A good team player and able to work independently

-              Shift duty is required
