Responsibilities:
• Providinge daily operation and providing support to daily operation of the sales department
• To provide general clerical duties such as data entry, answer telephone enquiries, handle emails, etc
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as it may be required
• Follow the existing clients & suppliers
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above with min. 1 year working experience
• Good written in Cantonese and English
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, responsible, independent, detail-minded & well-organized and willing to work under pressure;
• Follow the existing clients & suppliers;
• Hand-on PC operation and good knowledge in MS Excel
• Good telephone manner
• 5.5 day work week
• Working Hour: 10am to 7pm (Mon- Fri); 10am to 2:30pm
• Immediate availability is preferred
Remuneration to right candidate:
•Salary: $8,000 - 9,500
