職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone-in and email
enquiries on our daily deals
- Handle customer complaints and
provide an expert answer to customers' requests
- Handle pre and post
sales-related questions
- Manage customer expectations in
a friendly manner
- Engage in cross-level liaison
and cooordination with internal departments on resolving customers' cases
- Provide administrative and
clerical support
Requirements:
- Fluency in
Cantonese is a must, conversational English & Mandarin is expected
- Good team
player
- Highly
independent with strong analytical and communication skills
- Service-oriented
and hard-working
- Mature, able
to work independently and under pressure
- Fresh
graduates are also welcome
