Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to senior management
2. Manage internal and external correspondence as assigned
3. Perform to help senior management with presentation materials
3. Prepare reports and any other document as assigned
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
2. Demonstrable skill in computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet) will be required for this role
3. Good telephone manner
4. Mature, polite, self motivated, independent and hardworking
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
