Requirements:

Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
(final year students are also welcome to apply)
- F.7 candidates with 1 year related
working experience are also considered

Presentable, pleasant, well-organized, accurate and independent with high sense
of confidentiality

Handle multi-tasks in different levels and independent with strong
communication and supervision skills

Responsibilities:
- Report to Administration & HR Manager
-
Responsible for full spectrum of office administration function such as office
supplies, repair & maintenance, and office security and recruitment etc.
- Formulate, implement and review
administrative policies, procedures and guidelines
- Supporting PRC operation
- Check the billings and prepare
expenses reports for management’s approval
- Work closely with all departments on
administrative related issues
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by
superiors
