Client Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute company sales strategies

- Maintain good business relationship with existing clients, for developing and exploring new business opportunities

- Develop and establish new accounts and capture profitable businesses from clients

- Promote various company products and services solutions to clients

- Build up relationship with all related parties to ensure/sustain business growth

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply)

- Work experience in sales administration and customer service is an advantage

- Experience in working with overseas factories and direct customers

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong client focus, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening and presentation

- Flexible with and adaptable to change and multiple demands

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
