Job Description of District Expansion (Deputy)
General Manager:
Annual Salary will be closely related to performance. Starting from
400,000 to 1000,000 (RMB)/year.
1. College or above
educational background.
2. Senior officer
background and willing to work in cosmopolis. Resources in bank, fund or real
estate industry will be an advantage.
3. Strong leadership,
communication and coordination skills and will of self-realization. Fluent in
both written and oral English and Chinese.
Job Description of
Account Manager:
Annual Salary will be closely related to performance. Starting from 300,000 to 800,000
(RMB)/year.
1. College or above
educational background.
2.
Has trade / Banking / Finance / Insurance / hotels and other
relevant industry background, with trading experience in international
settlement / finance / financial bulk products;
3. Strong
resilience and communication skills and the ability to lead the team, capable
use of English
Responsibilities:
1, Conduct overseas real estate market
research, investment analysis and to locate, develop project and implement the
development plan according to the Real Estate Group's development strategy;
2, Set up professional teams for overseas
projects, build management system, continuous improvement for the management
standards and processes to ensure smooth work with the Real Estate Group;
3, Carry out the overall project
development according to local laws and regulations;
4, Responsible for the overall management
of the project to ensure completion of the annual business plan. Prepare the
annual business plans according to the Real Estate Group unified budget;
5, Give investment advice to ensure the
sustainable development of the company.
6, Responsible for directing, training,
expertise and enhance subordinates project management capabilities; continuous
optimization of the jurisdiction team to enhance the performance of work;
7, Implementation of assessment work for
the performance of the team;
