Responsibilities:
- Interact with customer, understand and
identify customers’ needs
- Focus
on customer service to manage customer’s expectation
- Follow
the procedures to register client’s request in the system
- Manage
and ensure customer’s complaint is being well handled
Requirements:
- At
least 1 – 2 years working experiences, with customer service experience is a
plus
- Good
listening and communication skills
- Ability
to work multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail
minded, cheerful, flexible and with good initiative
- Proficiency
in both English and Chinese
